We can supply a variety of plastic packaging tubes made of PE and used for different industries, such as cosmetics, food, 
detergent and pharmaceuticals etc.

It is usually used for medicine industrials etc.

Our closest port is Guangzhou and Shenzhen. We normally do FOB Guangzhou or FOB Shenzhen. But we can use the rest seaport in Mainland China, even Hong Kong if client needs.
Minimum Order and Delivery: We accept small quantity like 5,000 pieces are accepted.
Normally, we deliver in four weeks after sample approval.
Inspection and Documentation before shipping
For each order, we keep delivery samples and approval samples for 12 months.


PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production process of the cosmetic tubes is as follows. About the printing ways, you can choose which one you need; About STEP 6 and STEP 7, you can choose one process from them, which will decide the packing way of the tube.

Tubes - Printing
We have three different print methods you can choose from depending on the design of your artwork and the way you would like it displayed on your tubes. We are able to print with all three methods on one tube so do not feel like you have choose just one for your design.
Offset Print: Up to 6 colors. Use of CMYK/4-Color Process. Gradient Screens are acceptable. Feels like the ink is impregnated on the tubes and takes on the finish you have chosen for your tubes.
Silk Screen: Up to 3 colors. When you run your fingers over the art on the tube it is raised up and will always remain glossy, even on a matte finish tube.
Hot Stamping of Foils: Up to 2 colors.  Slight feel to the touch.  Finish remains glossy with a metallic sheen.




 

FAQ

1. How can we place order?
After we made agreement on the product' surface finish and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation.when we got your advance payment (deposit) we will make PPS samples  for your final confirmation.
After your approval, we will start mass production. it takes 25-35 days to produce the goods. when goods ready, we will prepare for our QC report, if there is no problem, please arrange  balance payment to us.we will ship goods to destination port as your required.
If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods. if you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a  ship forwarder help you clear the custom.
2. What's your payment term?
30% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 70% paid when goods ready. small amount payment can through paypal. please confirm everything clearly before you make payment
3. How about the shipping?
For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like HK Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS. usually it takes 3 -7work days to arrive.If big quantity we will ship by Ocean transportation, it takes one month to arrive. if urgnet, you can select shipping by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
4. How can i get a sample ?
samples without customized logo are free, if you can accept the freight collected.
if you want with customized logo, we will charge labour cost and ink cost.Also freight will be on your account.Thank you !


About the  packing
-----Carton size: 53cm*37cm*38cm  OR  58cm*39cm*50cm.
-----As for sealed tubes (filling from tube orifice): tubes and caps are packed separately. Caps will not be assembled on the tubes.
 ------ As for unsealed tubes/open-end tubes (filling from tube end): Caps will be assembled on the tubes. And it will be put in order in a polybag within a carton.

About the shipping
    ----- For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS, usually it takes 3-5 work days to arrive. It is a little expensive. If the order quantity is large, we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on different regions. If urgent, you could select transport by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
  -----Note: normally offer FOB Guangzhou price first.
