1. What is your payment term?
-Our payment term is T/T in advance,30% deposit against performa invoice and balance should be paied before shipment.
2. Why have to charge deposit?
-Most of our packaging products are custom made(exclusive printing),if by any chance the order is canceled, those products cannot sell to anybody else.
3. What is your packaging products' MOQ?
-Normally plastic tube MOQ: 10000pcs per design; 5-layer plastic tube MOQ: 20000pcs per size and Aluminum laminated tube MOQ: 20000pcs per size.
4. Do you offer free samples?
-Sure, we are glad to send stock samples to you for free. Please provide us your speedpost like DHL or FedEx account to bear the express cost.
5. What is the usual process to do packaging business with your company?
-Artwork approval-sampling-sample approval-production
6 .How long samples can be done?
-Usually it takes 7-10 days for sampling after artwork gets final approval and sample-making cost received.
7. How will my product packed during shipping? Is it safe during long way shipping?
-We pack them layer by layer and with standard export cartons with required shipping marked, it will be steady and safe.
8. Will you be responsible for any quality issue?
-Yes. We believe quality inspection. But in any case complaints happen, we will always take it very serious with a responsible attitude until problem solved.

Our tube can be made from 2ml to 500ml, with the tube diameter size from 13mm to 60mm. We can offer maximum 8 color offset printings, 6 colors silkscreen printings, besides labelling and hot-stamping foil. In order to adapt the client's demand. We are equipped with UV five colors automatic silk-screen printing machines, multifunctional machine for perforating, foil sealing and screwing, automatic labeling machine and automatic hot stamping machines, we have 12 production lines, And the annual production is up to 100 million pieces.
