1. How do I get fast response of products?

2. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know tube size,cap material&weight,or printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
3.How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule for available mold's products, it will take 5 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have stocks tubes,we can ship immediately as you wish.
4. Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model,but we can help to do several color for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
6. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items,we can send immediately.For shipping charge, if you are new customer for our company,only provide us FEDEX,DHL or TNT or UPS account number for freight collect. If You are our old customer,we can send free samples
exclude the certain items. If you want special decoration or printing at package tubes,
we can fast making samples in 7days based at reasonable sample charges.
7. What are your office hours?
You can reach us between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 5:30 P. M. GTM+8, Monday thru Saturday , except Chinese national holidays.
8. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?
We sell over 20,000 different types of cosmetic packaging items and are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact cosmetic package product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request for us and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item
that we carry.
9. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional cosmetic packaging manufacturer. All of our tubes products are made as in different weight and different artwork or decoration request. So that how many the price depend on your requirement.
10. Will you match competitors' prices?
If you find a lower price elsewhere on the exact same item, we will meet or beat that price as long as it does not reflect a competitor's free offer, rebate, bonus, one-of-a-kind, or other limited guarantee offer.
