Was established in 2004, specializing in the production of cosmetic tubes, like PE extruded tube, aluminum barrier laminated tubes, plastic barrier laminated tubes, as well as the tube made of environmentally friendly materials, such as sugarcane PE materials, PCR recycled materials, now become one of the main suppliers in the cosmetic packaging industry at home and abroad.
Our tube can be made from 2ml to 500ml, with the tube diameter size from 13mm to 60mm. We can offer maximum 8 color offset printings, 6 colors silkscreen printings, besides labelling and hot-stamping foil. In order to adapt the client's demand. We are equipped with UV five colors automatic silk-screen printing machines, multifunctional machine for perforating, foil sealing and screwing, automatic labeling machine and automatic hot stamping machines, we have 12 production lines, And the annual production is up to 100 million pieces. We also developed some products independently, like the oval, super-oval, triangle, square and round tubes which diameter is 13mm to 60mm, and many types of cap. All of these products are widely used in cosmetic fields, chemical industry & foodstuffs, we got good reputations from the clients.
AMY PLASTIC TUBE distributes ourselves in developing environmentally friendly materials and apply it on cosmetic tubes and skincare markets, this way, we can decline the usage of virgin plastic resin. We make your product packaging more perfect, with a clean production workshop, up to 80% automated production, the company has self-developed molds, the company complies with professional system certification, and a variety of material choices (PE, ABL, PBL), sugarcane material, PCR environmental protection material), plus hundreds of hose teeth and cover types, can solve customer product needs at one time.
