1.What kind of products could you offer?
AMYPT produces all kinds of laminated tube, Plastic tube, Blow moulded container (PET, PP, HDPE) and also recycle tube like PCR TUBE and KRAFT PAPER tube for cosmetics, food, chemicals,medicine, painting, industrial use, etc.
2.How to design the products?
We can offer artwork design services.Our R&D team will work together with designers to develop products as per your artwork.
3. What's AMYPT tube's lead time?
Our lead time is 25-30 working days after we receive customer approved sample and deposit.
4.Could AMYPT send samples to you for reference?
Sure, we are glad to send some samples to you for reference. For small quantity in stock, we will offer samples free of charge. Please advise account numbers of your DHL or FEDEX etc. to us. Usually we'll send out the samples within 2 working days if we have the same samples in stock. Well send out samples in 7 working days for artwork samples.
5. Can you provide free samples?
Yes, we can. If you don't need to print your logo or other artwork on the products, we will not charge any cost,just tell us your freight collect account like FedEx DHL TNT, if you don't have account,we need to charge Express fee properly.
6. What's the order processes?
a.Inquiry--give us your requirements.
b.Samples--we will give you the samples you need.
c.PI--we will give the PI to you after samples confirmed.
d.Deposit--you will pay us 30% deposit to produce goods.
e.Production arranged--we will arrange the production.
f.Remaining payment--after you finish inspection, you will pay for it .
g.Shipping--we will ship goods to the port. FOB terms (Shipping Cost will be handled by Client.If CIF or DDU DDP terms, transportation cost need to be discussed. ) h.Confirm Receipt
i. After sales service.
7. How to deliver?
By sea, by air or by courier such as DHL,UPS, FEDEX, TNT.
8.What surface handing could you support ?
We can provide screen printing ,hot stamping, frost, label printing etc . As to printing color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number .
